This is the usual order of events for hunts by BRGD:

Application Deadline: One week prior to the hunt.
Second Poster Handed Out (with LM and info card): Within two weeks before the hunt.
Hunt Items Handed Out: 1-2 weeks prior to the hunt.
Final Checks! Second posters must be up! Hunt Items must have gifts and LMs and be hidden!: 3-5 days before the hunt. You will receive a notecard if something is wrong! :)
Hunt Begins!!: First of the Month
Hunt Ends: 25th day of the Month
